Morris is an example of how well this staff develops players. Picked up as an UDFA. Worked with him all last year on the PS and now he is starting look a serviceable TE2.

Philips just is too big. When your young you can get away with the extra pounds when running full out. Just not athletic enough anymore.... I don't think he's going to be around much... Too bad, as the Bills need him.
