I was on a Rec bowling team back then, we hated the Jets but called our team the NY Strike Exchange LOL! Quote
Let's Go Buffalo Posted October 7, 2022 Posted October 7, 2022 Thanks for sharing! It's also the year I was born. Go Bills! Quote
Utah John Posted October 8, 2022 Posted October 8, 2022 I've watched the first half. Boy has the game ever changed since then. The game was played in the rain, in the mud, and there was no speed to be seen. I noticed the Jets WR, Bruce Harper, was from Kutztown University -- a few years ahead of Andre Reed. Harper was a very good kick returner. Quote
US Egg Posted October 8, 2022 Posted October 8, 2022 Thanks, I was unable to watch this game back then. Quote
JohninMinn. Posted October 8, 2022 Posted October 8, 2022 We used to call this "Ground Chuck" 2 Quote

Nextmanup Posted October 8, 2022 Posted October 8, 2022 The music and drumming in particular as they cut to break at 41:22 is absolutely fantastic! Quote
Bob Lamb Posted October 8, 2022 Posted October 8, 2022 (edited) One of the few games I ever left early - we were wet everywhere Edited October 8, 2022 by Bob Lamb 1 Quote
