Billsfan1972 Posted September 30, 2022 Posted September 30, 2022 Know this is a day or two old, but makes me see red http://www.espn.com/video/clip/clip?id=34683404 https://www.espn.com/video/clip/_/id/34690041 Maybe I'm unfair when talking about Lamar and see Josh Allen with Rose Coloured Glasses, but to me right now it isn't close as to which QB I'd want. 3 1 1 Quote
TwistofFate Posted September 30, 2022 Posted September 30, 2022 Lamar is having a great season thus far. The praise is justified. He's still going to lose though and go bills. 7 8 Quote
Billz4ever Posted September 30, 2022 Posted September 30, 2022 Nothing but click bait and red meat for the homers. If your choice for MVP has changed 4 times in 3 weeks like these people's have, they need to explain to me why I should listen to a single thing they have to say. 1 Quote
TBBills Posted September 30, 2022 Posted September 30, 2022 Don't care about MVP. Care about #1 seed. 6 1 1 Quote
Billsfan1972 Posted September 30, 2022 Author Posted September 30, 2022 How did all three choose Lamar though? Usually it's supposed to be a debate with one taking the other side. Here was unanimous? Quote
mushypeaches Posted September 30, 2022 Posted September 30, 2022 It will change after this stat line 14/29 - 156 - 1TD - 3INT 2 Quote

Rc2catch Posted September 30, 2022 Posted September 30, 2022 Lamar should be talked about as an MVP so far. He catches hate for only being a runner, and now he’s not only running but making all the throws as well.. What more would anyone want to see to have him in the conversation? Its early things can always change but he absolutely should be in the conversation and I wouldn’t be upset if people had him as the favorite so far. 3 3 Quote
SlimShady'sSpaceForce Posted September 30, 2022 Posted September 30, 2022 The only MVP talk I want to see is for the SB. Aarons last imo was Platitudes Quote
downunderbill Posted September 30, 2022 Posted September 30, 2022 The MVP vote will swing a lot in the early part of the season, until the true pecking order works itself out. He certainly deserves to be in the conversation and considered among the favorites. 1 Quote
H2o Posted September 30, 2022 Posted September 30, 2022 Lamar is having a good season so far. They've been talking about him "having a better year than his MVP season" the last couple of weeks. Florio, ESPN, all of them. 15 more weeks to go and a lot of football left to be played. If we get the #1 seed and Josh puts up good numbers then he'll likely get it. Quote

Lamar looks like good passing QB’s because of blown coverages when they over pursue him to keep him contained. Tua has been throwing long high arc passes also because of blown coverages. Hell, I might even say something about Burrow and his 50 yard deep passing his short game looked bad Thursday night 5 minutes ago, downunderbill said: The MVP vote will swing a lot in the early part of the season, until the true pecking order works itself out. All the contenders will bounce between 2 - 5 th place in voting 🗳️ 1 Quote
SF Bills Fan Posted September 30, 2022 Posted September 30, 2022 I could care less abut Josh for MVP talk and I bet Josh Allen could care less too. The only thing that matter is the Ws and the trophy. 2 1 Quote
Saxum Posted September 30, 2022 Posted September 30, 2022 The players will still vote for him as MVP even if sacked and knocked out for season. Bills are short Defense Linemen. They ought to sign Trent Murphy for the game and Lemur will find a reason to not play. https://www.buffalobills.com/video/highlight-trent-murphy-trips-up-deshaun-watson-for-third-down-sack Quote
loveorhatembillsfan4life Posted September 30, 2022 Posted September 30, 2022 Josh outplays or as good as Lamar and the teams seals the deal with a win..that would probably go along way. Quote
eball Posted September 30, 2022 Posted September 30, 2022 Lamar is playing out of his mind. He deserves the talk. As does Josh. 3 Quote
zow2 Posted September 30, 2022 Posted September 30, 2022 I think i’ve heard more Jalen Hurts MVP talk than even Lamar. But both are talked about more than JA that’s for sure. I guess that Miami loss took Josh out of the equation. Quote
