The best part of the loss to Miami is that the bandwagon finally has some vacancies.

I hated that the Bills were so heavily favored going into the season, it was designed for failure from jump street. It’s pathetic how disrespected the Bills have been traditionally and then go to the greatest team on earth, no balance whatsoever. once again I’ll say that the Ravens and Chiefs’ games holds great importance to the Bills’ goals. Win them and we’ll be right where we want to be. I will say that although I greatly appreciate Kyle Brandt beating the drum for us the last couple of seasons but he innocently actually put more pressure on the Bills. I also agree wholeheartedly in what he said about Bills Mafia, stating don’t make be crybabies and hide behind excuses. I believe that the majority of fans out there know about the Bills being decimated with injuries and they were playing in extreme weather conditions. It’s a good way to alienate people, nobody wants to hear excuses.

Bills shouldn’t be a heavy favorite because they too often fail in tight games. That being said, they’re a hugely talented team now facing the reality of NFL attrition. Perhaps it is their turn. Anything other than 3-3 at bye would be a surprise at this point.

I believe that Kyle Brandt's 'instruction' to Bills Mafia was actually a subtle way of making sure that everyone else would be aware of, or keep in mind, the injuries and debilitating weather conditions, since none of the others on the GMF crew had yet made mention of any of this by the time it was his turn to talk.

I don’t get this-we go for years claiming the Bills are being disrespected, can’t get any prime time games, go through the drought, etc. we finally have a stretch of good teams, play exciting football, get national respect that so many clamor for, and now we want to get rid of “bandwagon” fans?

You can’t have it both ways! Nobody put extra pressure on the Bills, that’s just how social media is. As soon as something is good/cool, people are looking to tear it down. Sorry but this is too much of a “we just lost so it’s all doom and gloom” post for me. I think the Bills players want/like the pressure, it’s certainly better than marching out Coy Wire and Ko Simpson hoping for wins but having no pressure

Band wagon fans will probably be something we will need to deal with for a decade or so.  Those of us who bleed Red, White, and Blue just need to remember that our ultimate satisfaction will be greater.

I understand the OP. The national media was overboard on the Bills. I like the team being doubted now. Let Miami have the accolades for now.

Injuries included I see 10-7 or 11-6. If we can't have home field wrapped up, let the Bills be the wildcard team your team has to deal with.

No one wants that. Be the wildcard nightmare getting healthy at the wrong time for your team. As long as we win enough to get in, and start to get healthy at the right time. This may be the path this year. Embrace it.

KC is the only team that scares me.

Some of the Mafia are adorable. In the same breath they want national love and respect and all the prime time games and SB predictions that go with it.  But at the exact same moment they want to lay low, stay under the radar and sneak up on teams. Can't have it both ways.

imo the true test of fandom is if you continue to follow and claim a given team is yours even when they lose.  These fly by nighter aka bandwagon "fans" were never fans in the first place by my definition. Their willingness to back a winner is easy. NOTHING about having been a true Bills fan is easy.

The wannabees concern me zero. Here today gone tomorrow. No skin off my nose. There are plenty of the TRUE bills fan around to need be concerned with those weak willed needing winning validation for any team boring bandwagon jumpers. Maybe they'll sprain an ankle jumping off lol

I say bring them on, the more the merrier. I have been recruiting fans for 30 years and in good or bad, I think most realize than in Buffalo being a fan is more than just cheering for a football team.  It will come and go but it’s pretty cool that right now a lot of people like cheering for the Bills.

I mean…if the Sportsbooks knew the healthy players we’d be left to finish this game out with, we would’ve been 10 point underdogs.  If that lineup was considered our starters we’d be the underdog almost every game

It makes me laugh how so many people talk like we're the best team ever just 2 weeks into the season. We lose 1 game with 13 guys unavailable including 2 all pro DB's and 5 OL down and now they're ready to fire the coaches LOL. Get a grip folks. We'll be getting guys back before the playoffs. We might have to claw our way back, but we will and I wouldn't want to be the Dolphins if we see them in the playoffs in January if we're healthy because we will take our revenge and embarrass them.
