PrimeTime101 Posted October 6, 2022 Posted October 6, 2022 I think 90% of the people that know football, including miami fans... new Tua had no right being on that field Quote

Unless of course we are saying medically every single player should retire as football is incredibly unhealthy. Very few players have suffered a concussion like Tua's in their NFL careers. Having a bad hip, knee or shoulder for the rest of your life is far different than having a messed up brain or CTE. Saying everyone should retire is way over the top. Quote

I bet what happens now is players will be trained to stay down until they stop seeing stars and their head stops spinning. That way they dont fall on their face like Tua and get the automatic no go. Freddie's Dead Posted October 6, 2022 Posted October 6, 2022 OMG!!! One Bills Live replayed the Milano hit on Tua, and Tua HAD THE FENCING REFLEX last Sunday!!! You can see his hands clench for 1-3 seconds, not as pronounced as TNF, but it's definitely there. Shame on the NFL and their third party quac....er, concussion specialist. Clearly incompetent to be diagnosing a paper cut, let alone a concussion. 2 2 Quote

But Tua had zero business playing in Cincy on a short week and there still needs to be accountability somewhere for such an egregious error.. 1 1 Quote

I think your an MD based on past comments, but my wife is an RN in a hospital and she tells me stories of people leaving AMA all the time. It’s not a prison. And media reported that his father was by his side at UC Hospital and we know that he’s a psychopath living vicariously by proving his masculinity through his son’s football exploits. His father beat him with a belt for throwing INTs in high school games, and that man has followed Tua to both Alabama and Miami. No way a concussion is enough in his eyes to not play. Quote

There was a whole crew on the sideline rewatching the play where Wilson took a hit to the head. It appeared they were going frame by frame looking for concussion symptoms. 2 Quote

No way a concussion is enough in his eyes to not play. so now you’re claiming his father dragged him out of hospital….to the team charter? anyway. He was evaluated, likely had CT scan, had no focal neuro deficit so they let him go. This happens every day in every hospital. Quote
