For those who said in the first half thread that Josh had to immediately spike it or it was a fumble, here's the approved ruling from the NFL rulebook.

 

T-QB A1 muffs the snap, and: (a) regains possession of the ball before it hits the ground; A1 then immediately spikes the ball to stop the clock. Rulings: (a) Second-and-10 on B20. No foul since the ball did not hit the ground, and the QB spiked the ball as soon as he gained possession.

 

The ball never hit the ground, so Josh could have spiked it.
