Expand I suspect Phillips (like a lot of team sports people) needs to be managed/coached a certain way. And so far, it's only McDermott and Co who know how to do it. I get the impression he needs to feel loved and be given the impression he can be a bit of a free spirit on the field but McD/Frazier get it done under the confines of their system. One man's junk is another man's treasure so to speak. You just need to know how to polish said treasure as well. 2 2 Quote
