I was thinking about this yesterday and the last time we saw cheetah, he was giving Poyer and Hyde the “peace out” sign running by them. So while we are not as good without them, i am hoping the new guys bring a little more speed too (knowing we are sacrificing experience and ability to pre-diagnose plays).

Absolutely.  Also, it is not like our "new" safety tandem is in fact "new". They have been working very hard for a very long time for this exact moment.....for Bills fans this is where fears and dreams collide.  We wanted to be the best, have quality depth, and be consistent favorites, well here we are.......maybe some of us are calm because we trust the Bills on this one.

Why be so negative with adversity?  That does not work well in life, at all.

Go Bills!

Not only has our "new" safety tandem been working very hard for a very long time for this exact moment...they have been building chemistry together since Hamlin made the team.  Their chemistry together is likely better than it would be with Poyer (not that I wouldn’t rather Po be on the field of course).

These Bills aren’t the first team with Super Bowl aspirations to have injuries decimate their secondary…anyone remember the Pats*** trotting WR Troy Brown out after losing 3 or 4 of their corners?  He helped them to a Super Bowl.  Great teams find a way and this Bills team will find a way.

It's kind of crazy how so many here are like "ho hum" no big deal. Instead, we hear about how great the McDermott scheme is. Next man up. Please, we have two rookie CBs starting with literally 2 games experience and a back up safety who is undersized.  By all accounts, Hyde was the leader and play caller sort of speak in the secondary. KC will destroy the Bills in game 6.  Luckily this week we get to face a weak armed system QB named Tua. The Bills need a healthy Tre back badly. Imho, this secondary might be the very thing that prevents the Bills from winning it all. Too early to say but it's definelty a big concern.

And there we have it folks.  Dolphins fan or Chiefs fan?

Who do we cut?

One of our ST LBers or Jones if it were my choice. We rarely punt and have a kicker that has Josh Allens arm on his leg.

It turns out we don’t cut anyone. Hyde’s spot is open with him on IR

True… was initially thinking we’d need to fill his spot with a S but we already have Cam Lewis on the squad.
