Buffalo03 Posted September 17, 2022 Posted September 17, 2022 (edited) I don't understand why the NFL makes a big deal out of this stuff. It's stupid. They're treating grown men like kids. "Be nice to that guy after you burn him for a TD, don't talk sh*t to him. We'll fine you if you do". How dumb Edited September 17, 2022 by Buffalo03 1 Quote

StHustle Posted September 17, 2022 Posted September 17, 2022 Money well spent for Diggs. And a flag would of been non consequential for the games outcome Quote
frostbitmic Posted September 17, 2022 Posted September 17, 2022 So Diggs was fined twice as much for taunting as the guy that horse collared Knox ? ... That makes a lot of sense. Quote
Brand J Posted September 17, 2022 Posted September 17, 2022 I get policing the game so the optics don’t look bad to children (never mind that athletes aren’t role models), but players should only be fined if it’s an egregious display of taunting (props/sexual/over the top acts). The players should be allowed to trash talk, it’s a grown men’s league. 1 Quote
John from Riverside Posted September 17, 2022 Posted September 17, 2022 So a horse collar known as a dirty tackling formed the injures players receives less of a fine then taunting and one of them was actually flagged in the game Quote

Simon Posted September 17, 2022 Posted September 17, 2022 #Rams LB Justin Hollins was fined $5,361 for a horse collar tackle on #Bills TE Dawson Knox in the same game. 3:08 PM · Sep 17, 2022·Twitter for iPhone Good. That was the most dangerous play of the game. I thought Knox's knee was going to pop. 1 1 Quote

CNYfan Posted September 18, 2022 Posted September 18, 2022 I think I may be the ah here for not minding the fine on #14, as long as a penalty wasn't called in the game. 1 Quote

Pete Posted September 18, 2022 Posted September 18, 2022 I thought Ramsey came in hot after getting toasted, and possibly was going for head shot. Diggs immediately gestured towards his head. I figured either Diggs was saying “that was cheap shot going after my head, Toast” or he was saying “use your head dummy. I just outsmarted you” Quote
