Malazan Posted September 15, 2022 Posted September 15, 2022 I wonder how many times we're gonna see this over the next few years Quote
Albany,n.y. Posted September 15, 2022 Posted September 15, 2022 I see this was merged with  LeBron James haunted by the Browns passing on Josh Allen twice.   My first thought was Cleveland haunted by LeBron leaving the Cavaliers twice. Quote

I'm sure LeBron won't even spend a layover in Cleveland now that he's no longer there. Quote
Over 29 years of fanhood Posted September 15, 2022 Posted September 15, 2022 He’ll learn as the hits like up, hopefully not the hard way.  with that arm he could play another 15 years if he wants Quote
RunTheBall Posted September 15, 2022 Posted September 15, 2022 CAM NEWTON WAS NOT INJURED RUNNING THE BALL  Please stop with this wrong narrative just to make your wrong point about Josh running and injury potential.  Cam first injured himself trying to make a tackle on an interception and messed up his shoulder. His second shoulder injury was in the pocket. So for the love of God stop the false narrative please it's wrong.  Cam's biggest problem was he was slow to read defenses so he held the ball longer and got hammered many times IN THE POCKET because he threw late. It didn't help that the refs refused to protect him because he was so big.  His career ended because of 2 major shoulder injuries, not from cumulative hits from running the ball.   3 1 Quote
Doc Brown Posted September 15, 2022 Posted September 15, 2022 His best year was 2020 where he ran it the least as our o-line was great in pass protection that year so he didn't need to run as much. You guys are nuts if you think he's going to hold up for fifteen years with all the hits he takes. Quote

He REALLY digs getting hit, and laying hits, on defenders. He is all smiles, in both situations. In contrast, Brady has hung around so long, because he lays down like a Dog, and has the Refs in his pocket. (A HGH Milkshake, here and there, certainly helps) Josh right now, is burning like a Supernova. I'll just keep my fingers crossed, in the meantime, that it is going to last. I don’t necessarily think its a good idea, but it is what it is, Quote
Sammy Watkins' Rib Posted September 16, 2022 Posted September 16, 2022 Every game counts. Chiefs and Chargers are not going to lose many games this year outside of the divisional matchups against each other. Bills and Josh do not have the luxury of not going all out every game in the regular season. This isn't the NFC. Quote
Scott7975 Posted September 16, 2022 Posted September 16, 2022 (edited) Look at the hits Herbert took tonight. Â Josh is able to protect himself better on most of his runs than Herbert was passing the ball from the pocket. Â He is able to see and brace for impacts as apposed to being hit while still in throwing motion. Give it a rest. Â Josh will be fine. Â If he gets injured it will be no different than any other QB that gets injured. Edited September 16, 2022 by Scott7975 Quote
Udubalum07 Posted September 16, 2022 Posted September 16, 2022 Josh will continue being himself and playing the way he loves to play.  I get the concern, but he also hasn't missed one game in three years. He is doing something right to remain healthy. Quote
HappyDays Posted September 17, 2022 Posted September 17, 2022 That commercial is terrible. Good for Josh though. Quote
