Replay looks like he got the first down. I think the spot was a little short. But interesting they measured it and it seemed like the ball was a bit short and they still have them the first down. That's weird.

This challenge is a Carroll special. Nobody knows what he could possibly be seeing in that replay.

That’s how I saw it too… he seemed to have got the First down but the measurement seemed short ..
