Saxum Posted September 11, 2022 Posted September 11, 2022 Minnesota seems a lot better this year and Green Bay weaker. Some is due to loss of Adams (Maybe QB should have a pool and pay QRs out of pool) but new coaching staff seems to have made a difference. Much more competition for game later in year. 1 Quote
Simon Posted September 11, 2022 Posted September 11, 2022 That offense looks very crisp and well-coached, imo. 2 Quote
Saxum Posted September 11, 2022 Author Posted September 11, 2022 And Defense looks like Fraiser's - keeping everything in front of them. Quote
NewEra Posted September 11, 2022 Posted September 11, 2022 (edited) Only 3 quarters of football, but the O’Connell era is off to an impressive start. In this NFC, they could represent. 0-4 vs 0-4 super bowl. Jefferson is scary good. Certainly has the looks of the best WR in football imo. Edited September 11, 2022 by NewEra 1 Quote

Instead we traded for old man Diggs. im just kidding. Wouldn’t change anything. Jefferson does look very good tho. 1 1 Quote

BillsPride12 Posted September 11, 2022 Posted September 11, 2022 Was watching a little bit of the game earlier and was thinking about the possibility of a Bills-Vikings Super Bowl Someone would have to win it this time around! 1 Quote
GunnerBill Posted September 11, 2022 Posted September 11, 2022 Vikings are a Superbowl contender IMO. They wouldn't be in the AFC but in a weak NFC their weapons and rebuilt defense make them dangerous. 2 1 1 Quote
Steptide Posted September 11, 2022 Posted September 11, 2022 I'm really surprised people are picking green bay to go to the superbowl. Based on what? Quote
BruceVilanch Posted September 11, 2022 Posted September 11, 2022 The next team Minnesota plays should try and cover Jefferson, that guy seems good! 1 Quote

Mark Vader Posted September 11, 2022 Posted September 11, 2022 It's one game. That being said, Vikings played very good. I'm still skeptical of Kirk Cousins being the leader of a championship team. 1 4 Quote

Packers have no real weapons...Rodgers looking like he did a few years ago when his receivers went down and he looked dreadful most games. Vikings will be interesting to see in a month or so once teams get tape on their new offense and have plans to defense it better. 2 Quote
SirAndrew Posted September 11, 2022 Posted September 11, 2022 I’ll believe it when I see it. I just don’t trust Cousins or the Vikings. I expect the Packers to turn things around, even if the slow start continues. Rodgers clearly doesn’t have many weapons on offense, but I trust Rodgers and LaFleur to find a way to make it work. The NFC is wide open, so I wouldn’t count anyone out, but I don’t know if the Vikings are a favorite yet. Quote

SlimShady'sSpaceForce Posted September 11, 2022 Posted September 11, 2022 Or GB just sucks 😂 😆 😝 Quote
GETTOTHE50 Posted September 11, 2022 Posted September 11, 2022 (edited) i want the packers to suck and fade into the abyss and oblivion so badly. they had two of the best QBs play in favre and rodgers and have only two superbowls to show for it. cant wait till rodgers retires and they are in QB purgatory for a long time (hopefully). ***** that franchise. Blank Stare Posted September 11, 2022 Posted September 11, 2022 Those 8 TDs Cousins threw today were unbelievable. 🙄 What a ridiculous “bold” prediction by Irvin on the pregame show. He confused “bold” with “virtually impossible”. Quote
