Let's review the next step in criminal "justice" "reform."

In Illinois the following is true under the new law signed last year by Pritzker:

- No cash bail for most offenses, including kidnapping, arson, agg DUI, and robbery

- Police cannot remove trespassers from homes or businesses

- Police cannot attempt to apprehend subjects violating their house arrest until 48 hours lapses

Do these sound like reforms to you? What logic leads you to think this will better society?

The sooner conservatives can answer these questions honestly, with the appropriate accusations against leftists, the sooner we can take back our nation.

Citizens of the state should collectively defend themselves and declare politicians supporting the measure as persona non grata.

They should break into their homes.

Bail requirements, like the abortion issue, is something I struggle with.  Holding someone in jail who cannot afford the bail requirements is akin to guilty until proven innocent.  However we can’t just let them loose. The bail is a way to get them to show up for their trial but many just skip out as a cost of doing business.   This will be a good exercise to see what happens.
