Buffalosouth Posted September 9, 2022 Posted September 9, 2022 Just imagine when Tre is back. That's what I left the game with. If the #1 lockdown CB is back and in form towards the end of the year and for the playoff sheessh 3 Quote

For me, I like what Sal stated about how the Bills approach injuries. He has referenced many times it’s better to air on the side of caution and make sure he’s completely healthy. If he is not 100%, let him sit for TN. It’s a long season. We’ll need him for the Ravens, Chiefs and Packers. 1 5 Quote
GreggTX Posted September 9, 2022 Posted September 9, 2022 No one said it was a high ankle sprain so I'm hoping for the best. In any case, I am anxious to see EO have a big breakout season. Injury bug go visit the some other team! Quote

Back2Buff Posted September 9, 2022 Posted September 9, 2022 Brandon Bryant has looked good every single time I have seen him play. I have no worries. Also, Boogie got his INT from the DT spot. 1 Quote
streetkings01 Posted September 9, 2022 Posted September 9, 2022 Josh was in a walking boot after the Bucs game……I think it’s precautionary with the Bills to have their players in a walking boot after games when sustaining ankle/foot injuries. Quote
YoloinOhio Posted September 9, 2022 Author Posted September 9, 2022 I think we definitely need him vs Derrick Henry 2 Quote

He made a really intelligent and really athletic play looping around the front of the WR so he didn't knock him forward and then planting and turning to get squared up and help with the tackle. The Guard only beat him there by a split second and it would have been a stop if he hadn't. How many times do you see a guy from behind knocking a ballcarrier past the sticks, but Oliver knew exactly where he was and nearly made an obscenely good play to get the ball back Milano on that play.. wow Quote
Airseven Posted September 9, 2022 Posted September 9, 2022 Walking boot doesn’t sound good but hopefully just precautionary. Just a glimpse of Oliver last night shows his trajectory is still a rocket launch. Quote

I try not to make a meaningless points of correcting grammar but since you misused the same expression a few days ago, so just fyi it is not "air on the side of caution" it is "err on the side of caution.". And I agree with your point, besides we have the luxury of rotating D Lineman so it should not be catastrophic to let him heal 100%. 2 1 Quote
BearNorth Posted September 9, 2022 Posted September 9, 2022 We do have what amounts to a "mini-bye" Playing last night 9/8 and then a week from next Monday 9/19, that's 11 days. Quote

Yeah, definitely good for the next opponent. I just wish they played at 1 on Sunday instead. Quote
