It is going to be a spectacular event to see the coronation of the first King of England in 70 years And we get a day off work for it. That could be quite a while though. Maybe even next year. Fascinating to see. Anyway... That's the time to get ***** done, slip things passed the media and news cycle.

Example, as you would expect, it's the lead story on the BBC News site. However, it's also the lead story on the Sport section of the site. Further, as you go to the sub-sections of the different sports, it's still the lead story on all of those, e.g. Football, Rugby, Formula 1, Cricket, etc.

A bit like the point after TD before it was moved back. I suspect she’s already died and they’re just getting everything in order before an announcement this evening. I’d be interested in knowing what “things” the monarchy has final say on in Great Britain.

An example is when there’s been a general election and a winning political party has been declared winner, the leader of the party has to go to the monarch to request permission to form a government. Technically permission can be denied but as this is “ceremonial” it won’t be. I’m sure there will be a few more but the internet can probably feed your interest more than I can 👍
