I remember watching him in his prime in Denver and thinking he was one of the most underrated players in the league. Wish the bills could have gotten him earlier on his career.

In 2019, the Broncos traded Sanders to the San Francisco 49ers midseason. He played for the New Orleans Saints and Buffalo Bills in the following two seasons before deciding to end his NFL career.

Sanders retires with 704 career receptions, 9,245 receiving yards and 51 receiving touchdowns. The two-time Pro Bowler also recorded 202 rushing yards with one score.

He seemed to run out of gas early last season, if stays ready and there's a serious need maybe 🤷‍♂️
