Estro Posted September 6, 2022 Posted September 6, 2022 James Cook. A TD and a couple of crucial 1st down conversions that show off his athleticism and seal up the win. Quote
JohnRVA Posted September 6, 2022 Posted September 6, 2022 Gabe Davis on offense Milano on defense Quote
MJS Posted September 6, 2022 Posted September 6, 2022 Gabe Davis. He is going to have a great season, and it starts in game 1. Teams are going to quickly realize that you can't double Diggs without getting hurt by Davis. 1 1 Quote
Fredo G. Posted September 6, 2022 Posted September 6, 2022 Oliver, I believe he will get the most pressure on Stafford who is still not right. Also Milano who should swallow up most of the short stuff. Should be a great game, great expectations and I think we come out with more juice. Quote
ChronicAndKnuckles Posted September 6, 2022 Posted September 6, 2022 Our best player on offense other than Allen. Diggs Diggs Diggs It’s not the most imaginative pick, but it’s the most likely. On defense it has to be the Poyer/Hyde combo. They have the knack for making huge plays when it matters. I expect a game sealing interception by either to end a potential game tying drive giving it back to Josh for the kneel down. I hope I’m right. 1 Quote

Doc Brown Posted September 6, 2022 Posted September 6, 2022 Taron Johnson needs to have a big game both covering Cooper Kupp and stuffing the run against that outsize zone rushing attack they love. Quote
Son of a K-Gun Posted September 6, 2022 Posted September 6, 2022 Gabriel Davis. He has scored the first TD of the season the last two years and he keeps it going on Thursday night. Dude is a weapon. Quote

Iron strengthens Iron. That’s an interesting take, but I’ll stick with Ed. All reports were that he was basically un-blockable during camp. With Von causing disruption, a capable DT playing next to him, and Groot on the other side, I think we’ll see Ed blossom this year. 1 Quote

I think it's most likely going to be a pretty tight game. Our offense is going to get their points. So, if our defense can create some sort of advantage (even a small one), I believe we win. My biggest concern on defense is our CBs especially against Cooper Kupp and company. Our starting CBs are a rookie and someone that's typically a backup if starters aren't injured (at least up until this point in his career). Dane Jackson did play well last year though in Tre's absence. With this in mind, if we can be disruptive and throw off Stafford's timing this could really help our CBs out. So, I'm going with our newly acquired LB, Mr. Von Miller. Games like these is why we got him. His presence can make the difference in a game like this with where our current CB situation is especially going against the quality of wideouts that we'll face in this game. Again, we may only need a small advantage in this game to win so I'm hoping that Von knowing the Rams players' tendencies can be somewhat of an advantage as well. Who ya got? Go Bills! PS- @LyndonvilleBill, do you know who you're picking? 🤣 @muppy, you going with your boy wonder? Or, are you thinking someone different for this game? @machine gun kelly, who ya got, bro? 619, sorry I didn’t see this yesterday, Especially with a shout out so thank you brother. For those who stated the D Line, I concur. It’s hard to say Von vs. Oliver because the unit is so intertwined. Von taking doubles and still getting to Stafford just harassing him even if only a lack of sacks. It’s pressures and hurries that gives Dr. Poyer and Mr. Hyde their INTS. It’s Settle especially who can lock us those running lanes. This will take the pressure off a no Tre secondary. I guess I’m just expecting the offense to be very good, which is a beautiful thing to just expect an explosive Offense. I’d put $ on JA17 having. 300 yard game, three passing TD’s, and maybe even a rushing one (although I’d rather Moss take it in if he gets a jersey that night). They never dress three, but that will be something I’m looking for Thursday. I expect Motor and Cook as I think they’ve been stashing him in the preseason, but if we have Moss dress, it will indicate what type of offense we will use that night. I prefer that not that I want a 1980’s offense, but a dynamic offense where we dictate to the defense what they have to do. Cook is pretty much an extra WR that has some jiggle to him. Im going back to I thought it was Bill from NY, 20-0 baby! Go Bills! 2 Quote
Greg S Posted September 6, 2022 Posted September 6, 2022 Someone in our secondary will step up and do a good job against the Rams WR's. I will go with Dane Jackson. 1 Quote
muppy Posted September 6, 2022 Posted September 6, 2022 this thread is delicious 🙂 we are claiming our blessings. who is gonna BRING IT!~!!! Just by virtue of the number of names. (Heck we exclude #17 he's a given Star lmao. ) But this team has that kind of personell. Heck, for all we know it could end up being Moss. LOVE IT!!!~! 1 Quote
wjag Posted September 6, 2022 Posted September 6, 2022 I'm going with Tyler Bass and his 4 FGs. Quote

Royale with Cheese Posted September 6, 2022 Posted September 6, 2022 Gabe Davis. I think Allen looks his way a lot because Ramsey will be on Diggs. I'm thinking 2 TD's....one of them being 40+. Quote
