Will the fact that we have been favored by many to win the Lombardi, give us a break on some penalty calls? What do you think? Dunno. But it’s not going to hurt. Quote
pennstate10 Posted September 5, 2022 Posted September 5, 2022 If you’re. Good enough, penalties don’t matter. The best penalty iv3 ever seen was when Josh grabbed a Rams DL and literally threw him into Aaron Donald. that penalty was worth the price of admission, no? Quote

By far the best penalty ever called on a qb. Quote
Locomark Posted September 5, 2022 Posted September 5, 2022 It certainly seems like human behavior is thr refs favor the home teams due to fan motivation and then the good teams statistically. You will see more PI calls against a visiting team because you have a whole stadium egging your on your throw a flag. That has to be good for some extra flags. You will also see a good team less likely to get the ticky tack formation, motion, offensive interference, and offensive holding calls. That could be why they are good, or maybe they are just coached better, or because their coaches get more respect, or just handle the refs better. Quote
machine gun kelly Posted September 5, 2022 Posted September 5, 2022 From my perspective fans always think their team is getting hosed. I can’t tell you how many idiots in a sports bar keep saying they are holding when the hands are on the numbers of the jersey. We are going to win or lose based on our players, the calls played out, and execution. It’s that simple. Quote
The Red King Posted September 5, 2022 Posted September 5, 2022 Anyone else getting tired of hearing the Rams fans complaining about the PI that helped the Bills win their last matchup, while ignoring the dual-possession somehow becoming an INT that let the Rams back into the game in the first place? The officiating that game was bad all-around? Quote
