My Little League team and I played another LL team at halftime in the old Rock Pile more than 60 years ago.  It was heaven to hear my name announced ove the PA system for a tackle.  I guess that makes me an OLD COOT.

My grade school basketball team played at halftime of a Braves game.  No players came over to shake our hand tho

The firm I worked for at the time represented the Braves.  I got to work on a few player's contracts.  I remember one rookie was making $20,000 a year, much more than I made in the early 1970's
