Saxum
National Cinema Day https://www.nationalcinemaday.org National Cinema Day is September 3rd. See a movie for $3. Every Movie, Every Showtime, Every Format. From my checks some theatres are not having showing of some movie format (i.e. 3D) they do other days but in general same movies are being shown. Yet this insane pricing remains the same. No wonder people squirrel candy etc. into these places. Haven't been to the movies in years but the drive-in near here still has their concessions at a reasonable price. Regal Concession Prices ; Popcorn (Small), $6.00 - $6.50 ; Popcorn (Medium), $7.00 - $7.50 ; Popcorn (Large), $8.00 - $8.50 ; Caramel Popcorn, $6.50. One of more art chains here has $3 concessions as well this day but doubt other chains will follow it.

Went to Movie Tavern the other night ($5/ticket on Tuesdays) and two regular size drinks was $13.93. Our tickets to get in was cheaper than our drinks. Like I said, that's why people just take their own stuff in however they do it. Maybe a wine bag would serve you better.
