Hope I'm wrong, but I'm with Gene1973 in picking the Rams. Worried about our DBs vs. Kupp and the gang. Especially without White back there. Again, Hope I'm wrong.

I don’t think the Rams beating us would be that much of an upset? Not doing us down, but they’re the Super Bowl winners, with a strong roster, at home. Not sure what the odds say at the moment but a Rams win wouldn’t shock me at all, even though it wouldn’t mean anything for the season in the long term.

If Hopkins was playing, I'd say Arizona over KC.  But, I'll go with Jags over Washington.

Not really an upset as both the Skins and Jags suck.  I agree with you I would bet on Pederson over Rivera.

Washington is favored, at least from what I've seen.  So, ultimately, it is an upset.  But, admittedly, not a very bold upset to pick.  Given what the Steelers did to us in week 1 last year I could maybe see them doing the same to Cincy in week 1 this year but I'm just not too confident they will.

Colts beat the Texans 31-3 and 31-0 last season. I'd be shocked if the Texans even cover the spread.

My pick for upset is Atlanta over New Orleans. NFCS games are always a dog fight and the game is in ATL

I guess your shocked. I just figured that Mills looked decent last year and Ryan is at the tail end of his career and is prone to an untimely turnover or two. The opening week lived up to its upset reputation.

If Flacco starts I really like this pick

He did and it didn't although the Ravens looked dreadful for most of the first half.

He tossed one to Jerry Hughes today.

Week 2 upset pick: Jacksonville over Indy.  Indy struggled last week and they've had a recent history of struggling in Jacksonville.  Seems to set up nicely for the Jags.
