Rubes Posted August 29, 2022 Posted August 29, 2022 Looks like a hammy to me. Possible he could be out for a couple of weeks, we'll see. 1 1 Quote

It's debatable. Some feel it's good to do light stretching after the injury (not if it's too painful). Others say to rest it before stretching it out later. 1 Quote
Gugny Posted August 29, 2022 Posted August 29, 2022 Definitely sciatica. You can tell by the way he puts his hands on his hips. Not good. 1 5 Quote

In fact you want to do the opposite. you would want to strengthen then tendon 1 Quote

Royale with Cheese Posted August 29, 2022 Posted August 29, 2022 I would guess either a hammy or lower back. Stretching hamstrings helps the lower back. Quote

ColoradoBills Posted August 29, 2022 Posted August 29, 2022 Knox, Howard, Sweeney and Morris to start on IR. They keep them all and decide what to do later. Good thing Beane kept $10M in cap. This is why you keep a decent cushion. Quote

BuffaninSarasota Posted August 29, 2022 Posted August 29, 2022 It’s reassuring that the TBD medical staff is right on it with the confirmed diagnosis and expected recovery time as usual 1 1 Quote
