I think you answered your own question.

If they want him and are worried he'll sign somewhere else once he's a FA, then it would make sense to acquire him for a late round pick.

Nah if he wanted to sign somewhere else over Buffalo with Allen being a sb favorite then he's too stupid and while high iq isn't a requirement in a punter I do like them to at least have a functioning brain.

Be more entertaining than the suggestions we’ve seen.

Or maybe just live your life? It’s a punter. The least important position on the team.

punters.

lol

They should just designste a fan to be leading the punt and then never punt just have Josh throw a Hail Mary or Bass attempt 60-70 yd fgs.  Can a short field goal  be advanced if the kicking team picks up the ball as if it were a onside kick that just traveled 50+ yds before our guys got to it first.

Absolutely not allowed

The sneakiest you could get… Is lining your quarterback up in shotgun… slightly further….

And have him boom it as soon as he catches it

Just had a look at who we might be able to pick up on waivers on Tuesday and the only real option there is whoever is released between Kern and Stonehouse by the Titans. Otherwise it will be a case of picking up someone via free agency.

On the main board, there is a Syracuse article of five possible options.

Just read it yourselves and you’ll see some of the options.  The Buff news also has a similar article if you have a subscription.

Are there any off-field issues with Marquette King or character concerns? If not, I feel like he would be a decent option. The Bills don't need an all-world punter, but this guy at least provides some juice and rah-rah attitude. He can wave jackets around on the sideline with Barkley.

Yeah but can he sit on the sideline for three hours while the bills bash the patriots heads in?

He hasn’t played for three years.

Still think the best option will be whoever the Titans cut.

He doesn't need to sit. Give him some pom poms and let him jump around.

Stonehouse if released, will never clear waivers long enough to get to the Bills waiver claiming position (25th).

Though, in turn, that will free up another punter.

Knowing us, probably Haack.

The Bills could offer a 7th rd pick for a trade and see if that is enough or a player they want who the Bills will release.
