I've hardly smoked since college... my fiancé does to help with her sleep as well as my oldest daughter. So I have maybe 2 or 3 times the past couple of years... reminds me of why I didn't like it. 

 

That said, I am an avid gun owner and when you fill out a 4473 (ATF/FBI NICS check) you answer YES/NO on this question: 

 

"Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance? Warning: The use or possession of marijuana remains unlawful under Federal law regardless of whether it has been legalized or decriminalized for medicinal or recreational purposes in the state where you reside"

 

I'd never get my card simply because of this question. Again, it needs to be completely deregulated.

Im on board almost… I think regulation like Tobacco or alcohol is probably right with age limits and the health warnings etc.
