More from the accuser's attorney.

“Have a fantastic weekend”

This lawyer is straight up trash.  This issue deserves seriousness and this guy is out here acting like a complete jackass.

Was Matt involved in that is the question.......   ANd if he was not involved in that and like the defense lawyer said he has plenty of witnesses that say the girl was telling everyone she was in college.

Let the real facts come out here.

If Matt is guilty then he will pay, but the only thing Matt is guilty of right now is not checking her ID

in the mean time the Bills ate starting to take a beating. What you say is true and you can disagree with me all your little heart desires. They need to address this immediately.

End of story.

Just FYI, I read that in California it is typically only a felony when the perpetrator is 21 or older and the victim is 16 or under.

Otherwise it is a misdemeanor.

Because Araiza was 20 and the alleged victim was 17, it may be a misdemeanor.

Araiza turned 21 in May, 2021, months before the alleged incident occurred.

This guy doesn’t strike me as very professional at all. Trolling just isn’t a good look, imo.

That text thread is very strange.  I'll reserve judgement on everything else until we know more facts.

Yeah. No, not really.

Then you’re woefully ignorant.

Parents don’t “allow” many things teens do. Especially a 17 year old who could get piercings at any mall in the country.

Whether he's guilty, innocent, or some shade in between there is no refuting the fact that this whole situation is just awful on every level.

In an interview on the local San Diego news, a 'legal expert'  stated that within three years of the victim's age is a misdemeanor. Four years or more is a felony. Someone posted that video in this thread yesterday, several pages back.

But he's very thoughtful suggesting Araiza get a "qualified" lawyer for gang-raping his client. Oopsie. Did he just put that in a tweet everyone can see?

They'll be press questions, and it will be generic answers but they believe Matt's story, otherwise they would of cut him already  IMO

Reading what her attorney posted on Twitter, has me taking another way of thinking about this. He is a troll and a idiot. He's hurting her position rather than helping it.

It just shocks me that a lawyer is airing this stuff on twitter. It seems so desperate and amateur. If you have a strong case, why would you pull idiotic stunts like this?  It seems his main concern is  about winning in the court of public opinion.

I agree its a horrible situation. I hope Matt can prove he was not involved in the actual rape, and is just guilty of not checking ID

To be fair, Tony Buzbee did this too and it helped him force Watson to settle. The court of public opinion is powerful.

Is it possible he’s acting this way because of the alleged crimes and the fact they’ve been waiting 10 months for the rape kit results?

He was quiet for 10 months. He could’ve made headlines during the draft process. There is an ongoing criminal investigation.

That's insanity.  I'm going to convict or exonerate him immediately!
