1) If he did it, get rid of him.

2) If he didn't then it's a terrible accusation

3) Let due process run its course.

4) If he did it then he's a POS.

All of these are true.

There’s so many crimes. Only thing that saves him is if he wasn’t there.

He was there.

There are always many sides to these stories. I'd be so afraid of being a single guy and trying to hook up in this day and age. Especially if you have some notoriety. Sad situation if any of it is true.

Sounds like the Bills knew about this already…possibly before they cut Haack.  So there’s a possibility they investigated it already and still kept Araizia on the team.  Beane and McDermott aren’t the type that will takes these kind of chances so maybe there’s more to the story.  We don’t know yet

Jesus Christ this is bad. Cops have him on tape admitting to having sex with her. Consent in California is 18 and she was 17. Yikes

So then they have him on statutory rape then. Career might be over before it even started

If he knew she was 17, even in a best case scenario he is guilty of statutory rape. I don't think he'll be a Bill much longer, and more importantly I hope the claim is investigated fully and the wrongdoers are punished to the fullest extent of the law.

Sounds like this has been an issue for quite some time. I wonder if the Bills knew about it and if not, why not?

If there is any inkling to this being true, get rid of him. Immediately.

Don't be Cleveland.

The only possible saving grace is if he can reasonably claim that he didn't know her age. A lot of title IX cases involve drunken sex at parties. It's really hard to prove wrongdoing in those cases. Obviously a lot more facts will have to come out before we have any idea what happened here.

What are the Bills options? Is there a roster designation for someone accused of something? Do we cut him outright on an allegation alone? Do we suspend him and find another punter, taking up another roster spot?

That is not a defense. Even if she lied to him.
