aristocrat Posted August 25, 2022 Posted August 25, 2022 Jesus Christ this is bad. Cops have him on tape admitting to having sex with her. Consent in California is 18 and she was 17. Yikes 1
MiltonWaddams Posted August 25, 2022 Posted August 25, 2022 1) If he did it, get rid of him. 2) If he didn't then it's a terrible accusation 3) Let due process run its course. 4) If he did it then he's a POS. All of these are true. Just now, Buffalo_Stampede said: There’s so many crimes. Only thing that saves him is if he wasn’t there. He was there. 2 3
RaoulDuke79 Posted August 25, 2022 Posted August 25, 2022 There are always many sides to these stories. I'd be so afraid of being a single guy and trying to hook up in this day and age. Especially if you have some notoriety. Sad situation if any of it is true. 2 3 4

This is going to leave a mark. 2 1
JohnNord Posted August 25, 2022 Posted August 25, 2022 (edited) Sounds like the Bills knew about this already…possibly before they cut Haack. So there’s a possibility they investigated it already and still kept Araizia on the team. Beane and McDermott aren’t the type that will takes these kind of chances so maybe there’s more to the story. We don’t know yet Edited August 25, 2022 by JohnNord 1 2

HappyDays Posted August 25, 2022 Posted August 25, 2022 If he knew she was 17, even in a best case scenario he is guilty of statutory rape. I don't think he'll be a Bill much longer, and more importantly I hope the claim is investigated fully and the wrongdoers are punished to the fullest extent of the law. 3
Beast Posted August 25, 2022 Posted August 25, 2022 Sounds like this has been an issue for quite some time. I wonder if the Bills knew about it and if not, why not? If there is any inkling to this being true, get rid of him. Immediately. Don't be Cleveland. 2

It's really hard to prove wrongdoing in those cases. Obviously a lot more facts will have to come out before we have any idea what happened here.
PromoTheRobot Posted August 25, 2022 Posted August 25, 2022 What are the Bills options? Is there a roster designation for someone accused of something? Do we cut him outright on an allegation alone? Do we suspend him and find another punter, taking up another roster spot?
hemma Posted August 25, 2022 Posted August 25, 2022 I guess that could explain why he dropped to the 6th. 3
