Could Aaron Donald potentially miss Week 1 due to suspension?

He was caught on film today striking opposing players while violently swinging a helmet.

 

Myles Garrett was given a 6 game suspension for similar behavior, though that was in a game and not a joint practice.

I don't think the NFL regulates player conduct during practices.

That is left to the discretion of the teams

If the NFL can suspend you for something that happens in the off-season, why couldn't they suspend you for something that happens at practice?

Maybe he won't appeal maybe he doesn't want to play against Allen.  Allen isn't intimidated by Arnold but maybe Allen's in Arnold's head a bit after getting stiff armed to the turf by Allen.  He's not used to be on the receiving end of player meet turf.

That is true fights in general would generally get you punished, still no suspension for that fight Josh started, the helmet makes it interesting though.
