Clearly Jake Bailey makes it over Ariaza due to usage as opposed to average. The only reason I can think of.

Goat, I think it’s 2022 All AFCE Preseason so it kind of doesn’t make sense since Ariaza made that 82 yard punt.

I assume "Preseason" just references the time it's being released. In the author's reasoning he references past regular season performance and this list is clearly not based on preseason performance.

Sanders wasn't good last year. Only 74% field goal percentage. Bass was 87.5%. In fact, Bass has both a better career field goal percentage and XP percentage than Sanders.
