PonyBoy Posted August 21, 2022 Posted August 21, 2022 They should re-name it Rich stadium again, because you have to be "Rich" to afford the games now. 4 Quote
HOUSE Posted August 21, 2022 Posted August 21, 2022 How in the world can they charge .85 for 16 oz watered down draft beer? 1 3 1 Quote
wjag Posted August 21, 2022 Posted August 21, 2022 I was fortunate enough to get box seats yesterday. First time ever. That is another level of WTF are you charging? 4 Guinness (must buy 4), 6 Pepsi (must buy 6) and one substandard LaNova pizza was $165 plus tip. 1 1 8 Quote
Big Turk Posted August 21, 2022 Posted August 21, 2022 (edited) $.60 for a 12 oz coffee?? Guess that was what beer took over on the super expensive list. 4 minutes ago, wjag said: I was fortunate enough to get box seats yesterday. First time ever. Heitz Posted August 21, 2022 Posted August 21, 2022 (edited) If they had .65 cent beers now, they’d need a jail and a morgue in the stadium 🤣 Edited August 21, 2022 by Heitz 4 Quote

They made up for it with cheap hookers and blow??? It’s funny to see cigarettes on the list. It wasn’t THAT long ago (1990) that you could smoke on a plane. The tide has turned there! I don’t think I even know anyone who smokes now. 1 1 Quote
Sierra Foothills Posted August 21, 2022 Posted August 21, 2022 Wow, 70 cents for a pack of cigarettes? As my buddy says, "They're so cheap you can't afford not to smoke em." To the subject, I believe the original concessions contract went to Delaware North Sportservice. 🤢 Yes it's pricier now but the world of sports concessions is much better than it was then. Most new facilities have a wide array of options and don't award the entire contract to a mediocre monopoly like they did back when the stadium opened. Quote

Remember the days when the smoking and non-smoking sections in restaurants was often an imaginary line? Back then being in "non-smoking" didn't mean that you weren't going to breathe cigarette smoke. 1 Quote
wjag Posted August 21, 2022 Posted August 21, 2022 14 minutes ago, DefenseWins said: Just Curious... How much was the tip? 40. The pizza was the cheapest thing on the menu. 50 bucks. They sell tenders and wings for 150. The prices go up from there. If you want say a rum and coke, you have to buy the whole bottle of rum. Now I imagine if the corporation is picking up the tab, indulge. Quote

Nobody likes paying sky high prices for concessions. Smart move by the Falcons I think. I'll be at So-Fi for the season opener. I'll try to post the prices for concessions there in contrast. 1 1 Quote
