This Keenum is...pretty  pretty good.

Knock it off, Circler.  I don't need you to tell me how good Keenum is.  When Whaley went shopping for QBs, he bought s***.  When Beane goes shopping for QBs, he buys the good stuff.

The ball just travels way too slow. Hopefully he is never needed.

He has won a lot of games in the league. He is fine.

Matt might stick around on the PS.

Practice squad.

I'm sure he knew that when he signed after Keenum.

I'd be shocked if he didn't sign for the PS.

He gets a chance for a ring.

Yes but other than his first drive he played, he was also surrounded by 2nd and 3rd stringers on his own side.  Even on his 1st drive, no Knox, think Diggs came out after about 3 or 4 plays, did Singletery play that drive.

So yes he looked good!

Diggs came out as soon as he caught that pass from Keenum.  Mackenzie was already out. Midway through that drive (4 plays I think) was end of quarter and the Bills subbed the whole OL and Singletary.  Only Davis remained in the game from the starters for the rest of that drive.

So, do we like Keenum again?

Never disliked him.  One bad half in pre-season doesn't define a player.   He's a solid backup and has been his entire career.

That was kinda my point....

I’m happy to see him look good out there, he was the best QB for Cleveland last year vs a broken Mayfield, that’s not saying a lot, but he should be fine as in an emergency situation.

Nice game today, but there is a reason he is a back up.

He's appeared in 76 games with 64 starts.  That's 4 seasons worth of starts.

His 2 years as a starter in Minn and Den he has a 17-13 record.

He is better than your average backup QB.
