He's also from the Nashville Tennessee area so I'm guessing he's just close with Dawson and his family in relation to that.

Lost my brother 15 years ago and I still haven't really gotten over it. Gotten through, not gotten over. My heart aches with empathy for the Knox family.

They are both Tennessee kids so I assume they grew up going to football camps and such

 

Probably competed with or against each other in football for a long time

As someone that lost his younger brother last year at the age of 35 yrs old.  My heart aches for the Knox family.    

 

Their faith and family will help them get through this time of mourning and grief and I can only hope they have some sense of closure when the time is right.

😢 💔 Prayers for Dawson and his family. Parents are not supposed to bury their children.
