I mean, there certainly are limits, but I remember being a teenager and taking my girlfriend up on the ferris wheel to screw around a little bit.  Not sex, but some other innocent fun.  If the other folks on the ride can see your sexual organs you’re doing it wrong 😂

lol - a few months ago I went to the Capitol Wheel in DC. The guy getting off (pun intended) had two attractive women with him. Told me the ride was too short and he could only take care of one of them. Thought that was pretty damn funny. But looked before I sat.
