so many rookies made plays.  Even Bernard had a fumble scooped and returned for a TD.  It was awesome to see this group of guys be unleashed.

Good post. Hadn't seen this yet. When I saw the rookie secondary pop up I thought the second shout out was going to the Shakir/Hodgins tandem. Combined 14 catches and 169 yards. Those two had a day.

Shakir was the best of the rookies. Elam had several nice plays and just as many poor ones where he was lost or beat and grabbing. Encouraging performances overall from the group.

The name Matthew means “ of God “  or “gift of Yahweh” 

so yeah, it’s for real folks.

I keep calling him Hank and then correcting it to Matt Araiza.

 

I know his name, I just start saying Hank Azaria as slip unintentionally every time and catch myself and have to start again!
