Wydermyer struggled with drops his final year at A&M. He was very successful with Kellen Mond there. Seemed to have a lot more drops with Zach Calzada. Maybe he can catch on with another team. Too many TEs on the team, and Quintin Morris looked good making a nice long catch in his only target. Guess it gave him another week on the roster.

Ok, as I know no rap at all, is this a take on one of his father's or uncle's songs?

 

I admit, I was hoping Griffin would stay on the practice squad but I assume if he's the first cut, that's unlikely. Not because he did anything, he hasn't done anything at all except get a bad penalty in a preseason game last year. But because he went to high school with my son. He didn't know him, but still was cool that someone at his school was on the Bills.

The latest news:  They were claimed off waivers by Piggly Wiggly.

Bills needed to be at 85 players by 4 pm Tuesday.  They are currently at 84 with Tre White and Ike Boettger on PUP.  So there's room for one player.  I wonder if White is going to be activated shortly.  Just a guess.

Players on PUP don't count against the 53 man roster but they do count against the preseason expanded roster.

So the Bills are at 86 currently, and need to cut a player.

 

Whether/when Tre White and Ike Boettger are activated has no bearing at present.

I believe they can, but they would have to pay him…doesn’t make sense to do that
