It looked effortless too! Just amazing! I’ve never wanted to watch a game just to see a punter, but I did today 😂

Where were you during the drought years where Brian Moorman was our MVP every year??

Looked so effortless that I thought he probably didn't get ahold of it but it was a perfect spiral and it just kept going and going like a long fly ball in baseball that keeps carrying and becomes a HR. The returner had no idea what to do because it just kept carrying. A lot of punters (Haack) would try to put more into it being pinned so far deep in their own zone and a lot of those times those end up being shanks. Today's punt from the Punt God was just very smooth and under control. Very impressive

They need to do a sports science study on him...wonder if it's exceptional leg speed that gives him his amazing leg

Lol at everyone that thought this was a “punting competition” throughout camp 😂😂.

LOL at people who thought he couldn't learn to hold.

I've never seen a punt travel 82 yards in the air.  Randall Cunninham's 91 yard punt went 70 yards in the air, landed at the 35 and rolled the rest of the way because Maggot (sic) didn't field it.

I thought the same. I kinda thought it looked like a pooch windup lol. And then it went to the moon.

Best part is he was the 3rd punter taken in his draft class.

Bass was the 2nd kicker (no, not on the grassy knoll).
