McD wasn't my first choice when we got him but I'm so glad we did. We have a great one, Bills Mafia!

 

McD is starting his sixth straight season with the Bills which is the 2nd longest tenure for a Bills HC behind Levy. Yes, Lou Saban was here nine seasons but it was during two different tenures.

 

Thanks for what you have built, McD. You have produced a consistent winner. The process is paying off and Bills football is now must see TV. Now bring home the Lombardi!

Interesting timing for this topic... the Bills twice interviewed Frank Reich for the HC position... the first time when Rex Ryan eventually got the job and the second time when McDermott got the job.
