I do - I just think DeSantis understands what he’s up against.

Trump never did.. and still doesn’t.

I think DeSantis has just enough establishment in him to not get the immediate onslaught from the inside that Trump has gotten for years, but if he does take a machete to institutions … they’ll come after him like they did Trump.  Agreed.

I hope I'm wrong, but I have my doubts he would go after the deep state in DC. He seems like the type of politician who will conform to the mob in DC if he tried to do anything. I unfortunately am afraid with him in charge he will become a one term president. I have yet to see a politician on either side of the aisle who could and would stand up and against the corruption in our government like Trump has. Desantis strikes me as being soft. If he is elected, I hope I'm wrong. But I doubt I am.

I’ll settle for what he did in Florida.

Took a swing state and made it deep red, went after Disney, removed CRT from schools, ESG from business, removed Soros DA’s and has some of the most conservative laws in the country … while making huge inroads into the Hispanic community (a demo that R’s need moving forward).

He may not have the greatest personality, but he’s surgical in getting stuff done.

The real test of his character will be if/when he tries that on the federal level, will he be able to withstand the onslaught from the deep state, doj, fbi and msm?

This.

We probably have war plans for basically every country. We’ve had war plans even for Canada. Does that mean the generals were pushing for war with Canada?

Given the geopolitical environment of the last few decades, it’d be absolutely insane if we didn’t have a war plan for Iran.

The existence of a war plan does not necessarily mean that anyone was advocating to actually implement it. It is simply planning for contingencies so you don’t get caught flat footed when the unexpected happens.

Trumps best (public) defense is that he’s an unintentionally hilarious person.

He’s trending on Twitter, but not because of the “shocking revelation” for pearl clutchers everywhere, but because he called Anthony Weiner a pervert and randomly orders some Cokes.

True but it's still pretty careless on his part knowing he was being recorded.  There is some irony in that the people want to take him down may actually be helping him win the presidency without realizing it.  I can see him in the oval office pardoning himself with a big grin on his face holding up the Iran letter.

This POS did one thing well: lie

This may be the first Trump hoax.  The original hoax, or the source hoax, if you will.

Leaks?

Has Mark ever told Trump he has the right to remain silent and stfu?

Of course not.

I’m curious of which felonies Mr. Levin speaks.

Wow, nice to see GOP politicians actually support the USA, law and order and national security

A refreshing change, isn’t it?  We can disagree on economic and social policy, but it’s hard to have rational conversation about anything when they won’t do bedrock things like support the law and the constitution.

Yeah, if you believe him.  Why in the world would you?

Putting that aside, as the President he also had them ability to do this thing called saying no. So all this MAGA victimization junk about how this fool was pressured and how the real issue is the deep state boogeyman is, as usual, garbage.

Exactly…using a stacked legislature to have the government go after private businesses free speech, remove something that doesn’t exist in schools, meddle in private business policy, and  remove elected officials that disagree with him…is exactly what this country needs!

Yeah seriously.  He’s a capitalist until someone say something that hurst his tender feelings.  Then he’s a little dictator.

I’ll wait.

However, I don’t even care about your disingenuous arguments anymore.  I’ve never been a Bush Republican.

Im done playing games with you degenerates.

Use power to crush your enemies.  The left has been doing it.   It’s time for conservatives to do the same.

It truly is glorious to watch these MAGA nutters turn themselves into pretzels like this guy.

You want to feel sorry for these simps but how many times can you run into a brick wall and blame everyone else for your bad choices?
