This tweet shows just how starved for attention he is.  It's clickbait, so to speak, to generate buzz around himself again.

 

I think it's valid to worry.  The more his fame and attention fades, the more outragious the publicity stunts he'll pull.  Until the stunt harms/kills him, or until the stunt fails to put him back in the spotlight, at which point *he* harms/kills himself.

 

This will not end well.
