Keenum played mostly against the Colts 1st framers while Barkley played against the 3rd framers. Let's not get carried away here. Barkley isn't very good and Keenum should be serviceable if Allen can't play. Fact is the offense will be in bog trouble if Allen is out for any substantial amount if time. The defense will probably have to win the games. 1 Quote
Buffalosouth Posted August 14, 2022 Posted August 14, 2022 Khalil Shakir looked good. Liked what I saw from both rookie corners. Matt Barkley is a legend 3 Quote
Since1981 Posted August 14, 2022 Posted August 14, 2022 Barkley has one pass play, drift over right 7-15 yards. Josh likes his help and company. Josh goes down and the team is 50/50 in any given game Quote
Captain Caveman Posted August 14, 2022 Posted August 14, 2022 Keenum definitely needs to show better in the next couple weeks. Other thoughts - Prince Emili really helped himself, he's this year's Justin Zimmer. So did Isiah Hodgins, although mostly against practice squad competition. 1 Quote

Doc Posted August 14, 2022 Posted August 14, 2022 Has anyone done that to Nelson before? That was impressive. 2 Quote

Captain Caveman Posted August 14, 2022 Posted August 14, 2022 If he doesn't get picked up by someone else I think he's definitely PS material Quote

To me, on first blush, it's Kingsley Jonathan #59 that made a case for his speed move. It was special enough that he kept winning on it vs whoever he was up against which is all you can ask. Anyway, before the rewatch, to me the boys that really showed out: - Bail Inspector #54 - Khalil Shakir #10 - Rahim Blackshear #35 1 Quote
Ralonzo Posted August 14, 2022 Posted August 14, 2022 The other thing I took from this game is there are 6 or 7 guys on the Bills 2022 camp roster that won't make the Bills final 53 but will have an NFL career. This roster is absurdly deep with realistic NFL talent. 3 2 Quote

He didn’t get a lot of PT there but when he did, he was apparently very disruptive. 1 Quote
