A stadium where every seat is indoors, all nice and toasty, but the field is 100% outdoors, on real grass will be ideal.

Is it only going to confuse the wind so that when the opposing team offense is on the field it starts gusting then?  Or maybe they can direct all the wind to just the opposing sideline.
