He should talk to Milano's private coach in Buffalo.  Milano works with him on flexibility and core strength.  He only takes students who are hard workers however.

They have him listed at 6-8 and 319 lbs!

It also would not hurt Tenuta to work on specialty position work - Long Snapper (great to have a snapper who can wall off rusher). DL hands team (blocking FGs), etc.  It would give reason for him to be on roster while working on being a better OT.
