• The Bills’ newest OL was redshirted as a freshman after having knee surgery prior to the season (1)
• He was on the field for seven games as a reserve lineman the next year before a knee injury ended his 2013 campaign (2)
• He suffered a knee injury the following season which sidelined him for the remainder of the year (3)
• He would also sprain his knee in 2015 fall camp with USC (4)
• In the NFL, Simmons suffered a knee injury in 2018 late in the season with the Seahawks which landed him on the injured reserve (5)

Well he certainly must love playing the game to keep at it after all his knee injuries.  So he certainly fits in with lot of the players currently on the Bills.
