Accurate summation of the indictment for anyone who’s personality does not revolve around Trump (positively or negatively)

Why so zealous in pursuing Trump yet so passive about Hillary or Hunter?

Because the dems are commies.

This works both ways, right?  Kushner and Ivanka Trump received a $2 BILLION dollar investment from the Saudis within months of leaving office and somehow Republicans don't seem to care at all.

The parties are the same.  They have been for years and years now.  The issue at this point is everyone is so stupidly arguing against each other that they ignore the blatant and rampant corruption on both sides because they are too busy pointing fingers.

Lots of pictures of boxes... they could just be holding a beanie baby collection for all we know. I have to wonder how much of this is staged.

Biden has little to do with it, doubt he knows what days it is. The corrupt alphabet agencies are scared of losing

their black op dough and probably wouldn't be able to pull off another cheat like '20.. plus bidens corruption

is coming close enough to the surface they need a huge distraction.

But yea, the good times are over for regular middle of the road Americans and any semblance of normalcy

has gone bye bye.

Can't even deny the corruption anymore, they aren't even bothering to hide it anymore.

Once they get Trump they will be coming for the rest of us.

dhs probably already has the first of the concentration camps built and ready to go.

its funny how the current thing profiles get all bent out of shape cause they spent so much time cutting and pasting someone Elses opinion and can't understand the source isn't factual.

Probably true.

Non-cucked Bernie was similarly anti-establishment.

Well this is completely false.

Not sure why everyone is so ready to buy into falsehoods.

Anyone could have gone in there with an iPhone and stolen thousands of pages of American intelligence. This is a crime against America

And if they'd brought the indictment in DC, proud stay-at-home mom, non-lawyer Julie would be screaming that a compliant DC jury will convict Trump of anything.

So non-lawyer Julie: what exactly is "shady as hell" here? They investigated, then determined that most (if not all) of the crimes occurred in the S.D. Fla., then brought the indictment there, where it has, at least for now, been assigned to perhaps the most pro-Trump judge in the entire federal judiciary.

But I guess it still seems "shady as hell" to our non-lawyer legal expert.

EDIT: glad to see our poster here keeps Julie Kelly Twitter open even while he searches for "Best Folsom Street Festival S&M Pics"

For one of the biggest days in American politics, I'm surprised at the amount of banter.  A few more posts here than average.  On FB'Ive seen one post.  Friends are trying to avoid politics at this point.  Newspaper FB feeds with less comments than when mar-a -lago was raided.  Maybe people just saw it as inevitable and deep, down knew trump committed serious crimes.  Maybe people are just sick of it.  Maybe both.  It is an historic day, however.

Not only all of that (which is all true), but also the fact that the charges were filed in FL probably tells us something.

If the crimes were solely the taking of the documents, DC is probably the more proper venue as it is where the documents were taken from and where NARA, the proper owner of the documents, resides.

But if there were crimes committed *after* taking the documents, then they were likely done in FL, and thus FL is the proper venue.

So filing in FL and risking getting the world’s dumbest judge (which they ended up getting) only makes sense if Trump was committing crimes with the documents after they were taken.

(There is an infinitesimally small chance that prosecutors were worried about how SCOTUS will rule on Smith v. United States this term, but that seems far less likely than the above).
