But we don't know if he has them or ever had them. It's a theory right now and we don't have the info that is leading the fbi and national archives to believe he has them there. 1

Then there's this strawman that you created where formerly classified documents are leveraged by a former President and his son to commit real crimes. Try again.

Expand There are steps to take to declassify things. You can't just take them and then claim they are declassified. That isn't how this works. There is no "defacto" declassification.

He admitted he signed off on the ‘search’, refused to take any questions claiming he couldn’t share more, and left. A few hours later, the leaks began. At least to their friendly media outlets, like WaPo: Leak leak leak. It’s as if Garland is completely out of touch with his own agency … or he thinks we’re all stupid.
