I am a very proud Sabres fan here in Bruins territory (Vermont). This is big. Get some bragging rights finally. UPL was huge again. Love this team… 2 2 Quote

Johnny Hammersticks Posted December 31, 2022 Posted December 31, 2022 They need to make a move for a legit top 4 defenseman to pair with Power. Another vet depth defender and a goalie might not hurt down the stretch. I hope Adams makes moves to improve this team. Our top 2 lines are a PROBLEM for most teams. 3 Quote
BillsPride12 Posted January 1, 2023 Posted January 1, 2023 We already knew this team has talent...but today's game showed me this team has HEART! Impressive Win 6 Quote
Buffalo716 Posted January 1, 2023 Posted January 1, 2023 (edited) Just like how all sports Ebb and flow… The tide is turning in the Sabres favor This team is absolutely stacked with amazing young talent… And not heartless talent… Guys with chips on their shoulders who skate hard Tage , cozens, tuch, skinny , girginson, Quinn, Dahlin, Samuelson, okposo , mitts, olofson, petreka Edited January 1, 2023 by Buffalo716 2 Quote
BillsFanNC Posted January 1, 2023 Posted January 1, 2023 This was absolutely sick all the way around....but man Dahlin. 2 3 Quote
Draconator Posted January 2, 2023 Posted January 2, 2023 Sabres ran into a goalie who played a really good game. Sabres didn't look bad and had scoring chances. It happens. Quote
TBBills Posted January 3, 2023 Posted January 3, 2023 I was expecting a loss after what they did in Boston, just a lot of energy expended getting that win. I think they come back tonight. Quote
Mike in Horseheads Posted January 4, 2023 Posted January 4, 2023 Tage with a hat trick and Sabres win in OT 5-4. Now have beat the B's and Caps within 4 days, when was the last time they could say that! 3 1 1 Quote
eball Posted January 4, 2023 Posted January 4, 2023 Tage is a legit star. Unreal. And UPL starting to look like the real deal also. 2 2 Quote

That Dowd goal was completely on UPL, horrible rebound control on a low angle shot. I'm not there on him yet, but he's certainly cut back on those types of garbage goals. There's definitely potential now to move forward beyond this year. 1 Quote

Exactly UPL looks to be a serviceable NHL goalie at the very least, whether he can handle playing 40 plus or more games a season is still in the air. 1 Quote

The kid is incredible. 1 1 Quote

His last few games UPL has been making the kind of saves this team has lacked since Ryan Miller left. If he has turned the corner and continues to gain confidence this season may turn out better than anyone expected. 1 1 Quote
