I'd say that it's helpful context to help educate those that are gullible enough to believe that judges just go for whichever party appointed them. Then again, most of those people are probably past the point of being educated anyway...

Right, and a ton of the right's argument is always how biased certain parts of the government are, and how corrupt they are towards the left.
