I was deeply moved by Marv's interview.  My man is 95, and now he's in both the Canadian Football League Hall of Fame!  I realized that I hope that Marv is still around when the Bills win the Super Bowl.  Would love to see him at the parade.

The parade would be in Feb. At 95 its probably not a good idea to be outside in Buffalo in Feb. I hope the Bills can win it while Marv is still around.

Thanks for sharing this, I just now watched it. Coach Levy is a gem for sure! Steve Tasker was a diamond in the rough, and coming from a small town in Kansas, it was great to see the run they both had together. It was neat to see Luke with both of them as well. It would sure be nice for Marv to see the Bills win a Super Bowl, and to hear another great quote from Coach Levy.

Like they used to say on Eyewitness news "Here is the rest of the story":

Marv Levy: "I Was Overwhelmed"

Steve Tasker and Luke Tasker caught up with former Bills head coach Marv Levy after he was recently inducted into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame. Levy is just the third person to be inducted in both the Canadian and Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Quote

The list of men elected to both the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton and the Canadian Football Hall of Fame expanded from two to three Tuesday morning with the announcement that Marv Levy will join the CFHOF’s Class of 2021 in recognition of his successful five-year tenure as coach of the Montreal Alouettes.

Levy joins coach Bud Grant and quarterback Warren Moon as members of both professional football halls of fame.

95 & still just as sharp as ever i bet he could still be a good coach if the physical part of that didn't come into play .

It is a huge thing to have 1 of 3 people in both halls as a Bills former coach i really hope the Bills can bring home a Lombardi so he can see it & be a part of the enjoyment of it !!

Put him in a Popemobile, if it's an issue. If he's alive he should be there. If he passed, then just put his coffin on a flatbed.

Greg, I’ll rent him one of those restaurant heaters, a blanket and big tent so Terry can also give Marv some credit as the inspiration for this great team.

and also the main reason the Bills lost to the Giants in our first super bowl appearance.

Maybe, there were some clock management issues for sure.  The offense not going to the run more was also an issue.   But the biggest reason might have been that teams love of partying during the week leading up to the game.  There was no extra week either, this was one week after the 51-3 game.

so unfair to blame the loss on Marv.  We choked and the Giants coached a great game.  Belichek was masterful that day

Beli-cheat was in full force that day with players lying on top of others to slow down offense.

Norwood missing the FG was the main reason.
