Are people really upset over this popularity contest?

I’d argue it’s about respect as much as popularity with these players opinions and votes. So most see this as a lack of respect for Allen and his abilities more than his popularity in the league.

Going from 10 to 13 is hardly regressing.   People forget some of the challenges leading to a 7-6 start.

Lots of butthurt people tonight.

I won’t watch this garbage. Stopped watching years ago. This just proves why. Absolutely useless filler.

I watch it for the highlights.

Im honestly more annoyed with Tyreek being ahead of Deebo and Jefferson than I am with Josh being too low

Edit: just realized Derrick Henry is higher than Josh what a joke

“All players are given the opportunity to vote through ballots we send to all 32 teams around Thanksgiving,” NFL Network spokesman Alex Riethmiller told PFT via email.  “For convenience sake, we try to time it with Pro Bowl balloting, so they can do them together.  In addition to ballots collected that way, we also give ballots to many of the players that we interview for our shows.  This year, in total, we received 481 votes.”

So a 28% response rate smh

NFL think they trying to be funny. Ranked 13 to match 13 secs. Please let us win the Superbowl this year.

I look at it as Josh needs to hit 13 a SB record 5 times for 5 TDs in a no punt SB rout of whichever NFC opponent makes it. Personally w1ould like to rout Brady to have him really retire.

If the vote was after the playoffs and not Thanksgiving he might be number 1.

Remember as the thread below says - we were 7-6 at Thanksgiving.

No reason to be bent out of shape.
