Absolutely! Anyone within striking distance of Elmira and is interested in that era should try to attend this.  I did not know there was even a Vietnam Moving Wall Memorial mike. Gracias.

It has been here once before and its worth seeing. They have volunteers read all the names continuously until all have been read. Its very solemn

I'll never forget seeing it set up in front of the hockey arena in Lake Placid, about 30 years ago.

It is incredibly moving, and agree that everyone should go and see it.

Who wrote this for you?  There's not a goddam chance in hell that you could spell volunteers, continuously and solemn correctly.  In one sentence, no less!!

He's not the real Mike in Horseheads, he's the Moving Mike in Horseheads. Just a replica.

I've seen the real one in DC many times; used to live there for years.

 

It's really sad and depressing looking at all those names--and all largely for nothing, too.
