I’m all for people receiving restitution when it is warranted.  This is stupid.  When would personal protective devices enter into the equation? 
 

Hey, I’d like to retire soon.  I’m going to sue my high school girlfriend for pain and suffering from the bit lip I received in the back seat of her car.  Maybe statue of limitations would apply.  Dang, missed that pay day.
